Customized Wellness Sessions:

During our sessions, I draw from a range of tools and techniques to integrate an intuitive approach that is designed through real time communication with one another. Though I have received the most training in Deep Tissue and Thai Massage, I also hold several certificates in Cupping. I am knowledgeable in it’s application for lymphatic drainage as well as muscle release, and I have also made Myofascial Release and Reflexology a primary focus in my studies beyond my formal education in 2020.

The main thing I need to prepare for ahead of any session is whether we will be meeting on the mat or on the table, and any add-ons you may like me to plan for.

Communication around pressure and intensity is always encouraged.

I’m looking forward to seeing you soon!

Thai Massage (Nuad Boran) is an ancient and powerful method of healing that combines deep compressions, acupressure, and passive yoga stretching to restore total balance for the body and mind.

Getting a Thai Massage is like going to your massage therapist, acupuncturist, chiropractor, and then a yoga class. It is a truly holistic bodywork experience.

Often referred to as "lazy man's yoga," this technique feels like a soothing yoga practice that you don’t have to work for. With gentle rocking to guide your body into relaxation, soft stretches, and precise acupressure to release energy lines (Sen Lines), your body is encouraged to do what it does best – heal itself.

Experience the added benefit of herbal compresses, delivering moist heat infused with healing herbs to reduce inflammation and melt away tension in your fascia. This unique combination revitalizes your body and mind, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Deep tissue massage can be scheduled as an Integrative Session. This centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber’s of the muscles, tendons and fascia. It is particularly helpful for continually tight and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Qi Nei Tsang is a gentle, focused form of abdominal bodywork rooted in Taoist tradition. It is an ancient holistic practice that translates to “working the energy of the internal organs.”

Once used by Taoist monks to prepare for meditation, using deep, gentle touch on the abdomen, this work helps release physical, emotional, and energetic blockages.

This work supports detoxification and improving organ function. It also supports digestion, releases fascial tension held deep in the belly, and helps restore balance to the body’s core systems.

Sessions are slow and intentional, often leaving clients feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected to their body.

This session takes place on a Thai mat on the floor and is intended to be a fully clothed experience.

I completed hands-on study of Qi Nei Tsang through hands-on training in Thailand in February 2026, where this work is taught within its traditional context.

What Can Qi Nei Tsang Support?

Qi Nei Tsang is a deeply restorative practice that centers on the abdomen—the core of the body—where many of our internal organs, tension patterns, and stored experiences reside. Through intentional, mindful touch, this work supports the body in softening, regulating, and reconnecting with its natural rhythm.

Qi Nei Tsang is approached as a whole-body experience. It recognizes that physical, emotional, and energetic layers are interconnected, and that lasting change happens when the body is given space to process and rebalance from within.

This work can be especially supportive for those navigating:

    • Digestive imbalances (liver, gallbladder, kidneys, pancreas, etc.)

    • Ongoing stress, anxiety, or nervous system overwhelm

    • Sleep challenges

    • Fertility and reproductive health concerns

    • Chronic tension or discomfort without a clear structural cause

    • Autoimmune conditions such as Lupus or chronic fatigue

    • Recovery from injury, surgery, or deeper emotional experiences

Qi Nei Tsang supports the body as a whole system—helping to release what has been held and restore a more balanced, responsive state.

At its core, this work is an invitation to come back into relationship with your body—not to override it, but to listen more closely and support it more fully.

    Contraindications & Considerations

Because Qi Nei Tsang works directly with the abdomen and internal organs, there are times when this work may need to be modified or postponed.

Please inform your practitioner if you are experiencing any of the following:

    • Pregnancy (especially high-risk or first trimester)

    • Recent abdominal surgery or procedures

    • Acute inflammation, infection, or fever

    • Severe abdominal pain of unknown origin

    • Hernias, aneurysms, or internal bleeding concerns

    • Active cancer or undergoing intensive medical treatment (clearance may be required)

    • IUD placement discomfort or recent insertion

    • Any condition where deep abdominal pressure is contraindicated

Sessions can often be adapted, but your safety and comfort always come first. When appropriate, we may adjust the approach, focus on surrounding areas, or reschedule until the body is ready to receive this work.

  • Introductory Offering: This is a technique I studied in Thailand this year and am currently offering at an introductory rate as I continue to deepen my practice.

    30 min $40
    60 min $80

Facial Tok Sen uses gentle, rhythmic tapping with small wooden tools along the face, jaw, and neck to release tension, stimulate circulation, and support natural rejuvenation. Rooted in traditional Thai bodywork, this technique works with both the physical tissues and the nervous system to create a deeply calming, meditative experience.

This work can help reduce puffiness, soften tight muscles (especially in the jaw and brow), and promote a more lifted, refreshed appearance. The rhythmic nature of the tapping often allows the body to settle quickly, making it both therapeutic and grounding.

Clients often describe this session as subtle yet deeply effective—leaving them feeling clear, relaxed, and more at ease in their face and body.

    What to Expect

    • You’ll be comfortably supported, typically lying on the table or Thai mat

    • Light oil or no oil may be used depending on the session

    • Gentle, rhythmic tapping will be applied along the face, jaw, neck, and sometimes shoulders

    • The sensation is typically soothing, though certain areas (like the jaw) may feel more tender if holding tension

Many clients find the rhythmic tapping meditative and may drift into a deeply relaxed state.

    Aftercare

After your session, your body may continue to process and integrate the work. To support this:

    • Drink water to support circulation and lymphatic flow

    • Avoid intense stimulation (loud environments, heavy screen time) immediately after if possible

    • Gentle facial movement or stretching (jaw, neck) can help maintain the effects

    You may notice:

    • reduced tension in the jaw, face, or neck

    • a lighter, more open feeling in the face

    • subtle shifts in circulation or skin tone

    • a calm, grounded state

    Contraindications

Facial Tok Sen may need to be avoided or modified if you have:

    • Recent facial surgery, injections (Botox/fillers), or dental work

    • Active acne, skin irritation, infections, or open lesions

    • Severe rosacea or very sensitive skin

    • Migraines or neurological conditions that are triggered by vibration or tapping

    • Concussions or recent head/neck injuries

    • Blood clotting disorders or use of blood-thinning medication

If you’re unsure, we can always adjust the session or choose a different approach that better supports your body.

  • Full Body Gua Sha Lymphatic Flow & Tissue Renewal (75-90 min): A focused session using Gua Sha techniques to support lymphatic flow, circulation, and tissue release.

Introductory Offering: This is a technique I studied in Thailand this year and am currently offering at an introductory rate as I continue to deepen my practice.

    60 min: $88
    90 min: $132

Gua Sha is a gentle, intentional technique that uses smooth tools to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic flow, and encourage the body’s natural detoxification processes. Rooted in East Asian medicine, this work is adapted here to be both effective and deeply restorative.

    On the face:

Gua Sha supports lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness, soften muscular tension, and promote a more lifted, refreshed appearance. It encourages healthy circulation while calming the nervous system—making it both cosmetic and deeply relaxing.

    On the body:

Gua Sha works more deeply with the fascia and lymphatic system to help move stagnation, support detox pathways, and improve overall flow. This can assist in reducing fluid retention, softening the appearance of cellulite, and bringing awareness back into areas that feel dense, tight, or stuck.

Rather than forcing change, this work invites the body to clear, soften, and rebalance at its own pace. Clients often leave feeling lighter, more sculpted, and more connected to their body.

    What Can Gua Sha Support?

Gua Sha is a versatile, whole-body practice that supports both physical and energetic flow. It may help with:

    • Lymphatic drainage and reduction of puffiness (face + body)

    • Facial sculpting and tension release (jaw, brow, neck)

    • Circulation and overall skin vitality

    • Softening the appearance of cellulite

    • Reducing fluid retention and areas of stagnation

    • Supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes

    • Fascial release and improved tissue mobility

    • Nervous system regulation and deep relaxation

    What to Expect

Sessions are tailored to your goals and may include facial, body, or combined Gua Sha work.

    • You’ll be comfortably draped, with areas uncovered only as they are being worked on

    • A nourishing oil or balm is applied to allow for smooth, intentional strokes

    • Pressure ranges from light (especially for the face and lymphatic work) to more moderate on the body

    • You may feel warmth, gentle scraping sensations, or a noticeable shift in areas of tension

    Important to know:
Gua Sha can sometimes bring light to moderate surface marking (called sha), especially on the body. This is not bruising in the traditional sense, but a sign of stagnant blood and fluids being brought to the surface. It typically fades within a few days.

Facial Gua Sha is performed with a much lighter technique and does not leave marks.

    Aftercare

After your session, your body is actively processing and moving fluid. To support this:

    • Drink plenty of water

    • Keep the body warm and avoid exposure to cold drafts

    • Avoid intense workouts, alcohol, or heavy meals for a few hours

    • Gentle movement (like walking) can help support lymphatic flow

    You may feel:

    • lighter or more open in your body

    • slightly tired as your system integrates

    • increased urination or subtle detox responses

    Contraindications

Gua Sha may not be appropriate, or may need to be modified, if you have:

    • Active skin infections, rashes, or open wounds

    • Recent surgery or acute injury in the area

    • Blood clotting disorders or are on blood-thinning medication

    • Severe edema or certain medical conditions affecting fluid balance

    • Pregnancy (body Gua Sha may need to be modified—facial is typically safe)

If you’re unsure, we can always adjust the session or choose a different approach that better supports your body.

  • Introductory Offering: I began incorporating sound work into my sessions a few years ago and am currently offering both personal and small group sound baths at an introductory rate as I continue to deepen this practice.

Sound baths use instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks to create gentle, immersive vibrations that support the body in shifting into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

These sessions are designed to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create space for rest, reflection, and reset. The experience is less about “doing” and more about allowing the body to receive.

    Session Options

    Personal Sound Bath (1:1)
A private, fully supported session tailored to your nervous system and current state. Ideal for deeper rest, integration, or pairing with bodywork.

    Personal (45–60 min): $60–$90

Small Group Sound Bath (2–6 people)
A shared experience that creates a collective, calming environment. Great for friends, small gatherings, or intentional group experiences.

    • Small Group (per person): $25–$45

    • Private Group Booking (flat): $120–$200

    What to Expect

    • You’ll be lying down comfortably, fully clothed

    • Props such as blankets, bolsters, or eye pillows may be used

    • Sessions are slow, immersive, and non-invasive

    • You may drift between wakefulness and sleep

    Some people notice:

    • a sense of deep calm or spaciousness

    • subtle physical sensations from the vibration

    • emotional release or mental clarity

    Aftercare

    • Drink water and allow time to reorient before jumping back into activity

    • Gentle integration (rest, journaling, quiet time) can deepen the effects

    • Avoid rushing—this work tends to continue settling after the session

    Contraindications

Sound baths may need to be modified or approached with care if you have:

    • Sound sensitivity or conditions triggered by auditory stimulation

    • Epilepsy or seizure disorders (especially sound-triggered)

    • Severe mental health conditions where deep internal states may feel destabilizing

    • Pregnancy (generally safe, but certain instruments/placements may be adjusted)

If you’re unsure, we can always discuss what feels supportive for you.

Monthly and Quarterly Membership Subscription Plans, Sets of 3 or 5 session Wellness Bundles, and Gift Certificates are available under Plans and Packages.

Luk Pra Kob, Thai Herbal Compress, have been used for thousands of years alone or in combination with massage treatments bringing balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Plant medicine has been influenced by many traditions, including Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.

The compresses are comprised of traditional Thai herbs, or even local herbs boasting many medicinal qualities. They are used as a highly effective tool to free blocks along the sen sip (the 10 main Thai energy channels).

The compresses are steamed to activate their medicinal properties. They are typically applied directly to the skin but can be used over dark clothing as they will stain.

The heat and steam deeply permeate the skin, relaxing the muscle, tendons, and other soft tissue. As the skin’s pores open, the blood vessels dilate and begin stimulating blood flow infused with the medicinal herbal properties. This results in a rebuilding and nourishing to the applied areas.

    Benefits:

Cleansing to the skin, Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory; Soothes and relaxes overused muscles and reduces fatigue; Increases blood circulation; Addresses numbness in extremities; Stimulates and improves immune system function; Decreases blood pressure; Aids digestion; Relieves sinus ailments; Helps to close the uterus after childbirth; Balances overall health

  • Tok Pua Lai Sen = Tapping to chase energy lines

Tok Sen is a healing practice which evolved in Northern Thailand amongst the spiritual healers native to that region, and has now become part of the larger Thai Medicine tradition.

Using the wooden instruments , the “kwan” (hammer) and “lim” (chisel or pestle), a gentle tapping along the affected sen lines helps to free up stuck energy in the body showing up as sore muscles, joint pain, pinched nerves, paralysis or stiffness, and diseases associated with the sen lines. As a massage therapist, I am not authorized to diagnose any of these conditions, but can use Tok Sen to contribute to the supportive treatment and palliative care of any such malady.

Tok Sen is seen as efficacious in accessing and treating the deeper levels of the body, traveling through the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, along the sen lines, and down to the bones and the organs.

Throughout history, people want to look younger, male and female. The anti-aging industry is growing rapidly with creams, botox, etc. Aging is a natural process. Lifestyle, diet and health can affect the aging process.

The cause of wrinkles comes down to the skin being able to regenerate itself. As we age, the skin’s supporting structures, collagen and connective tissue, regenerate more slowly. The skin starts wo lose elasticity and sags, creating wrinkles. facial cupping can be used not only to smooth out the wrinkles, but also to bring blood flow and nutrients to the skin cells. Some of the benefits of facial cupping are:

    • Smooths wrinkles by plumping action and collagen stimulation

    • brings blood flow to skin cells and allows regeneration, nutrition and intake of defense cells.

    • helps skin cells make more collagen, which reduces wrinkles over time.

    • tissue detachment allows a release of fascia and reduces muscles contracture.
