As someone who deeply values safety and professionalism in my practice, I have implemented certain policies to ensure a comfortable and secure experience for all clients. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Terms of service:

Your agreement to the following policies signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Consent for Treatment

Massage and bodywork are therapeutic services meant to support overall well-being. If at any point during a session you experience discomfort or pain, please inform me immediately so that pressure, technique, or positioning can be adjusted accordingly. While massage can provide relief for certain conditions, it is not a substitute for medical treatment. I am not a licensed medical provider and do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or perform spinal adjustments. If you have concerns about your health, I encourage you to consult a physician, chiropractor, or other qualified medical professional.

For your safety, it is important that I am aware of any relevant medical conditions. I trust that you will provide honest and accurate information about your health and notify me of any changes. I cannot be held liable for issues arising from undisclosed or misrepresented medical conditions.

Additionally, professional boundaries will always be maintained, and any inappropriate or sexually suggestive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, full payment for the scheduled appointment will still be required.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule for any reason—especially if you are feeling unwell—please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate changes, but same-day requests may not always be possible, and I cannot guarantee that I will see last-minute messages if I am in a session.

The best way to contact me regarding changes is via text at 215-385-3910.

To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost, and in the case of a no-show, the full amount of the session will be charged to the card used to secure your appointment. This policy allows me to maintain a sustainable practice while respecting both my time and that of my other clients.

Late Arrivals & Forfeiture

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I ask that you arrive in enough time to be ready on the table at your appointment start time so we can make full use of our time together. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you, but the session will still need to end at the originally scheduled time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time and we have not communicated and mutually agreed to adjust the start time, your original time frame remains valid, and the session will be considered forfeited. The first time this occurs, you will only be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost as a courtesy. However, if it happens again, the full session cost will apply going forward. This ensures that I can continue to provide reliable service while honoring the time set aside for each client.

Health & Wellness Considerations

Massage therapy is not appropriate for individuals with contagious illnesses. If you are feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. While I understand that illness can arise unexpectedly, the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies in most cases. If you notify me promptly, I may be able to waive the cancellation fee at my discretion.

These policies are in place to create a smooth and respectful experience for both you and me. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you!
